Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, undamaged. You must state the reason for the return.

Regular priced items can be returned; however, you will be responsible for the restocking fee of $35 per item.

Merchandise on Sale are all a Final Sale which cannot be returned.

Holiday Returns:  During the holiday season (Nov 1st – Dec 25th), we will accept your return after the standard 14-day period as long as it is received by January 10th. You will be responsible for your return shipping. Original shipping and handling fees totaling $35 per item will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

We will issue you the appropriate refund once your return is received and inspected. Please note that the credit card company can take up to ten days to post to your account.

The appropriate tax amount will be included in your refund. For regular-priced items, original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the value of your refund. If you received free orig shipping, the shipping cost and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange the merchandise, please get in touch with sky@skystruk.com immediately. You will be responsible for your return shipping. Original shipping of $35 per item will be deducted and you will receive Free ground shipping to the ship the new product.

Damaged Merchandise

If the merchandise is damaged, please get in touch with sky@skystruk.com immediately.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, contact us for the return shipping address. We are not responsible for merchandise shipped to the wrong address.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
