Sales Tax


Applicable sales taxes are based on “ship to” address.


Payment Options


We accept credit card payments such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept direct bank transfers or personal checks.


Adding Items To Your Cart


When viewing an item on the product detail page, you may add an item to your cart by selecting your size and specifying quantity needed.  Than click the “Add To Cart” button.   When you proceed to the Cart you will be able to edit, change quantities or remove any of the selected items. When you are done you will be able to continue shopping or proceed to checkout to place your order.


Placing Your Order & Checking Out


  • There are two ways to check out. The first way is by selecting “guest” checkout. The second is by signing in to your existing account or registering a new one prior to checkout.
  • If you have an account and would like to use it for checkout, you will need both your user id and password.
  • You will need to enter your credit card information. Please make sure the billing address and contact information is the same as it appears on your credit card statement. If it is not, we may need to contact you and your order may be delayed.
  • You will need to select a shipping address if it is different from your billing address.

  • In order for you to receive your SkyStruk package as quickly as possible, we select the fastest most efficient carrier available in your area. If you prefer a specific carrier or need to rush the shipping, please email us at customerservice@skystruk.com or call 1-888-45-STRUK (78785) to speak to a customer service representative
  • After you have reviewed your order checking items, quantities, credit card info, and shipping info, you will be ready to checkout. Click the “Complete Order” button.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order number. You will also receive an email with the details of your order. When your order has shipped you will receive another email with the shipping and tracking information.


Order Status

If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account. Guest users can enter their order number and billing ZIP code in the designated fields.

Changing An Order

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, Once your order is submitted we may not be able to modify or cancel it if it has already been shipped. Therefore, if you believe you have made an error it is extremely important to contact us as quickly as possible. Email us at customerservice@skystruk.com or call 1-888-45-STRUK (78785) immediately.

Tracking An Order

To track your order put in your order number. On the order detail page you will see item has been shipped.  Click on the highlighted link. You will then be able to view all of your shipping details.  Once item leaves our warehouse we have no control over what happens when item is in the hands of the carrier service. In rare instances there may be delays with shipping.   You will need to reach out to the carrier.

Out of Stock or Backordered Items

We do our best to keep our stock updated daily on our website, however, we sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received, or that has sold out and is being restocked. If you are interested in an out of stock item please contact customer service at 1-888-45-STRUK (78785). If your item is on backorder you will be notified as per expected ship date. On rare instances we may not be able to fulfill your order or request. In the event this situation occurs, we will notify you as soon as we are made aware from our manufacturer that the item is no longer available or has been discontinued.


If your order contains a mix of in-stock and backorder items and you have chosen expedited shipping, we will only be able to apply the expedited shipping to the in-stock items. Backordered items will not be expedited unless you contact us directly.  You will be subject to additional expedited shipping fees.
