Return Policy
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
- Merchandise must not have been worn or washed.
- Merchandise such as accessories, including jewelry, handbags, etc.. cannot be returned. If you detect damage please contact us immediately.
- Merchandise on Sale (excluding Final Sale) can be returned, however, you will be responsible for return shipping. We will deduct our shipping and handling costs from your refund.
- FINAL SALE merchandise cannot be returned. (Final Sale will be listed under individual product description).
- Refunds will be processed quickly however, credit card companies may not post up to 10 days.
- The appropriate tax amount will be included with your refund. For regular priced items, original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the value of your refund. If you received Free Shipping will will deduct our shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase.
- If not an exchange, a refund will be issued. If you place another order within 30 days, we will refund you the shipping cost which we may have deducted from the 1st order returned.
- If it is an exchange, please contact customerservice@skystruk.com. We will be happy to work out the return shipping cost as well as the new item shipping cost.
- Holiday Returns: During the holiday season (Nov 1st – Dec 25th) we will accept your return after the normal 14 day period as long as it is received by January 10th.

- When returning, please include order number and the item you are returning. Please indicate the reason for the return.

Contact customerservice@skystruk.com for return address information. After we supply address, we are not responsible for returns shipped to the wrong address.
